Each session schedules a maximum of 4 members, allowing you to get the best of both types of workout, which helps you quickly reach and maintain your physical fitness goals.
ONE-ON-ONE WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER
Despite the powerful impact and benefit of the small group session, sometimes members or first time inquirers may need some one-on-one time to help clarify a movement, help with personal goals or just get some supplementary, extended training. Private sessions can be a significant time and financial investment, both for the professional and the member, so I always recommend contacting me directly for availability and rates.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
We take the benefits of group exercise classes and combine them with the personalized attention available in private training, but for a fraction of the investment. Each session schedules a maximum of 4 members, so you get the benefits of private training but also the challenges and support of a small group of like-minded members.
DIET & EXERCISE CONSULTING
The personal fitness & health coaching aspect of our program is for anyone looking to transform themselves, whether physically or otherwise. Unlimited semi-private sessions combined with supplementary exercise prescription and workout programming, professional nutrition planning, and weekly Skype/phone check-ins all help push you towards your goals. This is the perfect potential solution for members who can’t get into the studio (travel intense work demands, schedule lockdown, etc) are on a deadline to achieve specific weight-loss or other fitness-related goals and are seeking comprehensive programming, accountability and support.
